Can I buy a home and condo from the same owner using one loan?
My mother has a condominium in a 55+ community and a single family home that both have tenants. She would like to purchase a new home, but can't secure the loan, so she would like to liquidate the properties. Can I get a $200000 loan to purchase both properties at the same time? Thanks.
