Buying a commercial condo
Hey everyone,
I am looking to purchase a commercial condo for my contracting business. Ultimately I would like to make a well informed investment decision and would like to see if anyone else has any experience with buying investment condos.
Side note: this will be a buy and hold(20+ years). Are commercial condo prices as volatile as other real estate during big market swings??
