Question about Agents

Hi All, Kind of a rookie question but wanted to make sure I'm going about things the right way and starting good practices. I'm in the process of checking out a promising property for my first buy but have a question about using agents. There is a listed agent who I wanted to contact to see the property but also have an agent who I want to use but isn't in town at the moment. Would it be wrong or give the wrong impression for me to ask the sellers agent to show and then bring my agent next week when they're around? Or should I wait and have my own agent arrange to see the property (it's also a friend so they're going to help be an extra set of eyes on the investment also). Thanks!

@Anthony Musacchio I'd ask your agent to contact the listing agent and arrange a showing. This way it's clear that you have your own agent. I've done that when my agent was out of town. Shouldn't be a problem.
