Trying to find companies that Underwrite
Has anyone ever came across a company that just performs underwriting or Deal Analysis.
I've googled and haven't found. But I want to outsource our financial analyzing and underwriting of our multifamily deals.
I'm talking larger deals 100+ units, (not you 5 or 10 unit deals).
Any help would be appreciated.
