Looking for First Property - Financing Ideas

Hi everyone!

This is my first post to BP and am looking for my first real estate investment. I just graduated with a Finance degree and am working a full time job currently but would like to begin generating incoming from rentals.

Since I am only 22, my biggest concern is financing (I do plan on creating a partnership with an accounting friend, so that will help a bit). Does anyone have suggestions or experiences financing when you didn't have much savings? I do not have much student loan debt and my credit score is good, I simply don't have significant savings right now.

I love looking at the financials of properties and am conservative with my estimates and feel that I can generate positive cash flow, I really just need some ideas as to how to finance my first investment.

Thank you guys so much!

Brandon

Brandon.

Welcome to BP.

I'm  22 and have been investing for the last few years. You're right, financing is hard at this age. You need to find financial partners who will be able to fund your deals. That is going to be where you should spend most of your time. Find the money, then find the deals which match your money.
