Memphis Tn Closing Costs???
I have a cash buyer out of texas, who wants to close a deal.... he has agreed to pay all closing costs, but I believe these closing costs are way too expensive? Just asking, here in Memphis or surrounding areas, What should be a ball point estimate of closing costs for both seller and buyer... My title agent that I'm using now is saying 650 for the seller/ 650 for the buyer/ 200 title search/150 for title insurance...
