Bridgeport is tough even with cash offers. Who are you primarily making offers to? Offmarket houses? Which type?

I'm making offers to off market houses and I make the offer to the owner who's may live at the house or not

You may want to let them put the number first. Asking something like, how much do you think your property is worth? That way they don't feel insulted if they think the offer is too low. Then you can start negotiating.

Thanks carlos and yes you're right the thing is that like a wholesaler I try to use the 60% price offers so that's may said I may focus in the right people or find the way to make a deal with the people that is not the right people for this 60% offer
