Purchase Contract Help

I am a wholesasler using a purchase contract to send out in mass to many property sellers, however I just want some advise on it and I know you may not be a lawyer, however I just want to know a couple of the fields and what they mean.  I have my own contingencies naer the bottom, however if you have more feedback that would help. The purpose will be will to wholesale these properties and will be putting them under contract. Please help the best you can.
