Hello all,

I just moved to Delray Beach, Florida and I am looking to connect with people who are doing flips down here. Specifically I am looking to learn more about the market and potential for deals in Delray, Boca Raton, and West Palm Beach. 

Is this area of Florida good for doing flips? What type of properties sell the best after a rehab? Are there any areas that I should stay away from?
