Day 1 starts Yesterday
Hey everyone! I just recently started a business and secured a decent LOC from my full time job cash flow. I am ready to pour into my first deal but I'm not sure where to start. I'm looking to flip some houses at first then start rentals. I'm in southeast Louisiana and we've been hit hard with flooding in the last 16months. Any advice on this type of real estate climate would be appreciated! Thank you!
