Moving for opportunity: good idea?
Hypothetically if you have real estate in the Philadelphia area (one of the best markets in the US), but have an opportunity for your software career in San Francisco (one of the toughest or hardest to invest markets) how would you make a decision to move? Could you manage Philly property from SF?
