Looking for a traditional lender
Hi all,
I'm looking to purchase a buy and hold property and wondering if anyone has recommendations for a traditional lender. The plan is that I want to purchase another property from the equity gained from the first property and blanket it into one mortgage. I plan to put down 20% for the first property.
