Multi family brrr method
I joined bigger pockets a couple of years ago and it's been a fantastic resource!!
After using the brrr strategy successfully over the last couple of years on single-family rentals I'm interested in multi family 12 units or more. I would love to get some advice from other investors who have successfully used the brrr method on multi family that's fully occupied . Thanks!
