Hi BP, I've heard some great things about the Grand Rapids market. And am now looking to learn more about how the market there is. How do small MultiFamily properties perform there. And are there any local nuances about the city or market that investors should be aware of? Also open to networking with any folks that know the market well here. Thanks for any tips in advance.
