Buying home with LINE OF CREDIT??
Hello I'm new to this community and to Realistate investing in general. I am closing on my first multi unit in 2 weeks. My question is: Has any one purchased a home with a line of credit or HELOC and then refinanced it?? I want to do something like this but have no experience with it. Any ideas or answers will help. Thank you!
