help with the properties in Ohio

Hello, I have the opportunity to buy the deeds of the following turnkey properties that also already have renters . these properties are not on the market, so how can I get a realtor to help me to select and purchase the right ones. below are the addresses

12113 Wayland Ave Cleveland, Ohio 44111

13538 Harold Ave Cleveland, Ohio 44111

I also appreciate any information or suggestions from anyone who is familiar with the above areas if they are good rental investment.

 Michael each of those properties are located in a C-CLASS area. I recommend checking out The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods so you know what I mean when I say C-CLASS. 

We have had many successes in that area. The tenant class is definitely low income though. That is going to come with it's set backs & challenges but if you scale up & ride out the issues you will do well long term.
