Investment Down Payment Pre Approval Question
Hello, so my business partner and I are looking to purchase a multi-unit property. His credit history is very limited so we want to get approved without him but I can't make the full 25% down payment without his funds. Any clever ways around this? I was told it takes 2 months for funds to season in my account to use and we can't wait this long.
