I hope you guys posting your deals, numbers, etc lie about your location unless you have a signed contract. Investors looking for deals have alerts set up and can figure it out. My brother lost a deal by asking a “friend” how to find an owner on a particular property and next thing he knew the friend had a sign up on the property.
