How to use brrrr calculator??
Hey BP friends,
Newbie question here. I've been having trouble using the BP calculators because I dont know how to plug in accurate or even best guess figures for all the different costs/expenses to account for. Even though the calculators already offer tips, I still feel lost when I'm trying to do an analysis. I know I scream rookie, but I'd rather ask for help than sit here and not be analyzing deals more. Thanks for any tips and advice!
