Hi,

Firstly, this is an amazing forum and i've learnt a lot through the discussions.  

I'm looking to buy a SFH for investment purpose and my budget is < $1.1M. I have my primary residence in Fremont and a rental property in San Jose. Thinking of buying in Santa Clara or San Mateo. Which one is better in terms of appreciation?
