purchase agreement sample
Can some one please point in the right direction for a purchase agreement. I know I should consult a RE attorney but I don't have the extra money for one yet. I found this duplex for sale by owner and he agreed to price.. I just need a purchase agreement to have a FHA contingent and also would like him to pay the tax for this year. thanks BP
