Analyzing a house-hack deal
I'm actively looking for and analyzing small multi-family properties to house-hack. For those who have experience in house-hacking: how do you analyze these deals in comparison to how you might analyze other deals? What things do you wish you would have known/done when analyzing and buying these properties?
