I've been keeping a close eye on Dupelx/Triplex's in the Long Beach area. Some great finds but competition is pretty stiff and im getting beat out by cash buyers. With that said, I've extended my search and found some deals in Compton Ca that cash flow very well.. However, my concern is its Compton.
Anyone have success/pain points in Compton that can share? Or a great property management company that covers the Compton area they can recommend?
I'm actually from Compton born and raised. I also have a rental property there. Tell me the location and I could do recommendations depending in the area.
