Stone Mountain, GA Rental Property
Looking at a single family property in Stone Mountain, GA. It's on Garden Hills Drive, is anyone familiar with that area? The Seller pretty much bought to flip a profit, don't think much effort was given in trying to find a rentor, I plan to buy and hold for rental income but the area is questionable. Anyone live in that area, invest in that area, rent in the area? Any thought on the direction of the neighborhood? Would really appreciate it.
