Project Completed and REIA's
We just completed our latest project and it looks like we'll be under contract by the end of the week.
Can anyone express the importance or non-importance of REIA's? We are searching for an HML and think we have found one with reasonable rates but with the Dallas (Texas) meeting coming up a week from today, I wonder if its worth attending (also becoming a member).
Maybe someone in the DFW area is on here and can relay their experience. Thanks!
