Should I contact "Fast cash for your home" flyer?

My mother passed away, left me her house which is clear of any mortgage or debt and now have to decide how to sell it?

I already have my realtor lined up and was wondering if i should call one of the numerous "we buy your house for cash" flyers which i have been receiving in the mail since my mother passed.

Comps in the immediate area for single family home with similar specs within 3 months ago are priced between $335K to $375k (zillow has single family homes with same specs ranging from $400,000 to $425000)

What kind of low ball offers should I expect?

Suggestions would be  most appreciated

I'm sorry for your loss.

Honestly, you have this great network here at BP. I would try to connect with a few investors in the Chicago area and provide them with some pictures, etc and ask them for input. They'd know the market best and better prepare you for expectations.
