Im currently starting my very own Residential wholesale business and i simply would like to know from your perspective, What are the best Real estate marketing strategies and tips?

Hey Albert, the best marketing strategy Is direct mail. it allows you to really target what property you want to go after compared to things like EDDM, bandit signs(illegal in most places), google ads words, and Facebook ads and such. best tip is to listen to the bigger pockets podcast on any and every wholesale show they have done lots of great tips to include my favorite on wholesaling show 81 heres the youtube link

@Albert Hernandez My agency works with many investors and wholesalers across the country managing their online marketing budget (AdWords, Bing, Facebook Ads). So I have a pretty good perspective on what works and what doesn't across the board...and the truth is that it all works if managed well. So when I hear people say 'the best marketing strategy is direct mail' like @Mark Webb said, that's likely because Mike is probably very good at direct mail, and not very experienced with AdWords and Facebook Ads. If you're doing it yourself, just pick one and dig in, they all work, you just need to get good at it, (or hire someone good). The ideal scenario is a motivated seller receives your direct mail, sees you online, and sees your bandit sign as they drive down the street. :) If you decide to jump into learning AdWords or Facebook, let me know and I'll provide you with the best resources.

@Alex Cornwell I run Facebook ads for multiple things(investing, realtor, and a traditional business) and I can honestly say youtube has been the best source of learning. I have other business owner friends, & investors that I've gotten advice from and has been far surpassed by a few hours of youtube. I know this isn't direct how to but trust me put in the time to self educate so your not wasting marketing dollars like most of us do when you first start! or if your not comfortable there are a lot of people who will manage your ads and create content for decently cheap.  hope this helps

Im not sure if there is any telling. I get mixed favorite marketing campaign strategies from different people but the common theme is just having to try everything out and see what sticks. If you have some money direct mail sounds interesting.
