Real estate inheritance
I️ am inheriting a property from my parents while they also have a homestead they are interested in remodeling. Do you believe it will be best to “purchase” the property from my parents in order to supplement their loan from a financial institution? Are there any legal ramifications or drawbacks to doing this?
