NEW TO EVERYTHING REAL ESTATE
My name is Chad Prescott, I'm 19 and I live in Panama City, Fl. Real estate investing is something that has always caught my attention but I don't even know where to begin. I'm currently studying Business Administration and plan to get a bachelors. I'm really trying to get into real estate as well. I have absolutely zero experience, but I do have determination and I am very hard working.
I’m trying to build knowledge and experience and to hopefully make a wholesaling deal in the future, then move onto rentals and double closures and so forth.
