Wholesale homes in different area codes
Is there any way to be able to do a whole sale deal out of state ? Found a place in a different state that had a ARV OF 112000 and the seller is willing to sell his property for 55,000 I feel like this is a good deal and I should be able to whole sale this but it’s a little to far for me to even know what to do . Let me know what you guys think thanks
