House to Condo
Last year when we got a MHP in WA, there were 2 houses inside the MHP. I want to convert these to condo units. Sell the house and rent back the land (lot rent) just like the unit was a mobile home. Does anyone have the forms needed to do such a transaction? Also Once I sell the property, How do I transfer Title from my name to buyer's name? Any pointers sent my way would be greatly appreciated.
