For those who think Austin is cooling off.....think again.  11th largest city in the nation that is expected to double in population in the next 15-20 years appears to be acting as expected.  Numbers beating the best year in its history.  Keep in mind this average and median price is even a bit diluted as most new builds are being built further and further out to keep their price in the $200-$250K range.

Units Sold:

2,503 up 3.20% from November 2016

(The number of solds homes may increase as sales are reported/updated in MLS)

Average Sales Price:

$356,002 up 2.14% from November 2016

Median Sales Price:

$289,000 up 2.48% from November 2016
