First apartment purchase
Hey all. Trying make my first purchase on a 4 unit apartment. It is fully rented with long term renters but I need a good lender to help with this deal. I live in California but buying in another state.
Any recommendations with competitive rates? And what is a general rule of thumb for interest rates on investment properties?The residual income is very good and I’m excited to make this happen.
