Property Database - Ownership Information

Hi does anyone know of a service that provides property owner information in Chicago? More specifically, I'm looking for a database or service that provides information on the owners age, marriage status (I've heard of some sites updating with divorce information). Willing to pay for such service. 

Also, any services with foreclosed or pre-foreclosed information?
