Good Day All! I am a motivated R.E. investor interested in Alpharetta. Are there multi-families in Alpharetta and what are the better parts of Alpharetta to look into? Are there better areas in Georgia to consider for multi-families or small buildings (4 units or less generally)? Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Family nearby, like town a lot.

Hi Richelle,

There are multifamily units near Ga 400 Exits 7 and 8 (closer to Atlanta), Holcomb Bridge Road and closer to Roswell.  You can find duplexes in that area and some smaller multi-family properties (fewer than 100 units).  There is one in that area that accepts Section 8 as well. Public transit stops at Exit 6 (I believe). 

As you drive further north on 400 toward Cumming (exits 11 and 12), Windward Parkway, etc,  you will find the larger units 100+ that are a bit more in rents.  The employers in the area area are a number of Tech and Finance, ATT, Verizon, Synchrony Bank, etc.
