buying property cash
Hi BP family, I wanted to ask this question since I have never done a deal. But I wanted to purchase this property call cash from the seller, and I don't know the process of doing this. Do I have to get an attorney when we close on this deal? Do I get some sort of title of owner ship when we do the deal, Like buying a car and owning it free and clear. Please any advice will help and process to this. Thanks.
