Hi BP family, I wanted to ask this question since I have never done a deal. But I wanted to purchase this property call cash from the seller, and I don't know the process of doing this. Do I have to get an attorney when we close on this deal? Do I get some sort of title of owner ship when we do the deal, Like buying a car and owning it free and clear. Please any advice will help and process to this. Thanks.

Based on your questions it would be advisable that you do far more research on finances and investing rather than start with actually researching the mechanics of the purchase.
