Investment property questikn
I am looking to buy a rental properties. There are two houses that I am interested in. Combine property price is $100k and both houses are rented out. One is for $960 section 8 and other one as well section 8 for $1026. Any suggestions before I buy those properties ? Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
