Developing land in Lutz, FL

Hello BP users,

I was recently visiting the Lutz, FL area and noticed that there was an immense amount of new development going on. As a result, I had the idea of developing a smaller 3-4 acre property on my own. Are there any users with experience in the area. Also, does anyone have suggestions for pricing on 10,000 square feet lots in the Land O Lakes area?
