Sales agreement form for Baltimore Maryland
Hey BiggerPockets, hoping somebody can help me out with this one!! I am doing some marketing in Baltimore, and realized I don't have a maryland sales agreement form! So obviously I need to get one if I want to buy an off market property.
I'm wondering if any of you have a slimmed-down version or heck even the full version of the maryland State sales agreement form. I'm hoping to avoid paying an attorney thousands of dollars for a simple one or two page document. Really hoping to find a slim version of a maryland sales agreement so I don't scare away potential sellers. If anyone has one to share I will be very grateful!
