New investor to Pittsburgh Pa
Looking to invest in small multi-families (2-4 units) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I’ll be flying out there later this month. What can I expect to pay for one in a B or C neighborhood? I know that’s not super specific, but any advice I would greatly appreciate. Thank you!

IMO, in a B neighborhood you'll spend more than $200k, C neighborhood more than $100k. In general, there are a lack of SMFs in PGH. Bellevue has a lot of SMFs but the taxes eat up too much of your cash flow. LMK if you have any specific questions on areas or anything PGH related.
