I have a 200 dollar marketing budget each month. I am trying to know what would be the best targeted leads to go after as a newbie.

Places that have really hit home for me and spending very little money would be FB groups, Craigslist (minimum of 30 post), ConnectedInvestors, Linkedin, Meetup, Reverse Searching MLS, Trulia, Zillow. All of these have proved themselves to provide leads some more than others. Also going to as many local networking events as possible, and not just showing up but asking questions to the group and pitching deals as well! Hope this helps, Good luck!
