What is your average time frame for a Financed Purchase?
I am curious to see what’s the average from start to finish for financing your deal. I have listened to many podcasts and read countless post advertising cash purchase because of fast closing. I recently finance two properties at the same time and it literally took the lender three weeks to approved and close on the deal. What has been your experience?
