Find owner of multi family

If I want to get owner finance, what is the method of finding the owner?

Alan Salazar It’s not full-proof but I look at the Assessor’s Website and if there’s an LLC sometimes you can find public information about who filed, who is a member, etc. And sometimes that person will also hold properties in the same area in their own name, which on the Assessor’s Website, will tie to their address.

That said, I’m not using this info to approach owners, I’m usually using it to knock properties out from a narrow group of owners the “own a lot but never sell” so I don’t waste my time 😀
