Hey BP Family, 

I am currently going through the BARRR Method on a house that I have purchased. I understand Scott Trench was already advertising his house before he even closes, but when a possible tenant is asking for pictures, walk through, etc. What do you do in this situation? Tell him that it will be ready when we finally sign?
