Multi-family investing in baltimore
My sister and i are looking to purchase mutli-family in Baltimore. We have made an offer on a 8-unit multi-family near University of Maryland Biopark and decided not to go forward because of structural problem. Which neighborhood you recommend for multifamily investing (5-10 units, purchase price under 700k, we plan to hold 3-7 years, ideal cap rate 8+; low crime rate)?
