Installation of a laminate floor

I need to have a laminate floor installed (I'm in the DFW area). I've gotten a bid of $1256 for 359sf. Tell me your thoughts on this. I think it's a little high. Maybe I'm wrong. Let me know your thoughts. If you have a recommendation for someone in my area let me know that too.
