I HAVE A FEW WHOLESALR DEALS I'M WORKING ON RIGHT NOW. I JUST WANTED TO GET SOMEONES PERSPECTIVE ON A WHOLESALE TRANSACTION. SHOULD I FIRST START AN LLC? AND PUT THE CONTRACT UNDER AM LLC OR JUST MY NAME? ANY ADVICE IS WELL APPRECIATED.
