Hi all. I just joined bigger pockets and am in love with it and its community! I live in San Francisco and am looking to buy my first piece of real estate. I can afford parts of Oakland and am looking to house hack with a 1-4 unit property. My question is: are there areas of Oakland that I should stay away from? Thank you all in advance! -Razan
