Omaha-Whats your best source to find properties?
I look at CL, MLS, FB, Loopnet and reach out to my list of wholesalers to find investment properties. I am finding more and more we have millions dollars of investor money at our finger tips, but can not find any awesome buys the last few months. Any suggestions on other avenues to for good finds?
