Portfolio Loans: When To and Not To Use Them
Does anyone think they would use a loan that is 75 LTV but only 7.25% with 2 pts at closing? I know most flippers use hard money because it’s easier and they are out of the loans in 6 months anyways (so the high interest rate doesn’t matter), but I was curious.
